Strong witnesses are usually people who:
 

• Have lived locally for 20 years or more

• Have used Tongfields frequently and openly (walking, children playing, dog walking, kite flying, sports or exercise, building snowmen, family activities, easter egg hunts, or other activities? 
  Can show that their use was always without permission, force, or secrecy

• Are willing to have their evidence taken seriously — and possibly attend a hearing if asked
